There was a low low tide, so we hit the beach to see the tide pools.
We saw lots of sea anemone and starfish.
We also hit the San Diego Zoo Wild Animal Park. A baby elephant was just born there. Unfortunately I can't get blogger to upload the baby elephant video, so you get pictures of the lion.

I like how it looks like Cory is just hanging out it the lion habitat.
Sorry you guys only got to see a little bit of the sun, but it was sure nice to see you.
We have the sun in Kansas too, sometimes. But definitely not any totally sweet tide pools, that was awesome. But we do have zebra mussels!
FYI, Mia didn't recognize you guys, but when I said your name she acted like she remembered.
St. Louis has sun too. But nothing like California. I'm not even going to try to beat that.
